From Closing Deals to Opening Minds: My Journey into Holistic Coaching

I’m Bianca Welgraaf, a business development professional with over a decade of experience in technology, account management, and strategic partnerships. In today’s fast-paced digital world, traditional sales techniques alone no longer cut it. That’s why I’ve consistently pushed the boundaries—diving into marketing, design thinking, AI in sales, and the psychology behind customer decision-making.

My passion extends beyond business strategy. I’m equally invested in digital sales, branding, UX, UI, and customer experience—core elements that shape modern, human-centred businesses. But through all the KPIs, pitch decks, and deal-making, one truth has become increasingly clear: your health and energy are the foundation of everything. Without rest, balance, and vitality, no strategy—no matter how brilliant—can succeed in the long run.

That realisation led me to a new chapter. I’m currently studying to become a certified holistic coach, combining lifestyle, travel, health and sales coaching to support professionals in aligning career growth with personal wellbeing.

My life journey has been just as dynamic as my career. I’ve lived in six different EU countries and travelled to more than 30—both solo and with my partner. These experiences have broadened my view of the world and deepened my understanding of people from all walks of life.

Education has been a lifelong commitment—though not a linear one. After high school, I earned a diploma in International Business. Then, in my thirties, I returned to university to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After turning forty, I completed a Master’s in Digital Media and Design. This blend of formal study and real-world experience allows me to understand behaviour, communication, and technology in a way that supports both professional and personal transformation.

I'm also a confident communicator in four languages. Dutch is my mother tongue, and I speak English fluently after years of living and working abroad. I also speak intermediate German and Spanish, which helps me connect with a wider range of clients and cultures.
